I am am a Licensed Massage Practioner, Energy Worker/ Body Specialist, Life and Mindfulness Meditation Coach, as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have been in the health care field for more than 19 yrs. I have a passion for helping others accomplish their goals. My Goal is to help as many individuals and families to get their lives back on track so that they can enjoy life again, pain free, worry free and stress free. 

I am an Intuitive Enthusiactic Empathetic Practioner committed to the pursuit of healing the body ,mind, soul and spirit. My studies include strong history of volunteer work  at area hospitals, nursing homes, Senior Homes, Mental Health Facilities, Veteran Homes, Home Health Care facilities, spas, gyms and clinics.  I'm a sole-proprietor and independant contractor. BLS/ First Aide Certified. Adept at identifying customer, and patient needs and discovering and implementing solutions to meet them. I approach my duties with focus, initiatives and diligence.
